Job summary
Luxe Smart Homes in Cobham, Surrey, is seeking a Lead Engineer to head the on-site delivery of Home Automation, Home Cinema, Lighting and Security systems across prime residential properties in Surrey and surrounding counties.

Qualifications
- City & Guilds Levels 2-3 Electrotechnical Installation Certification or equivalent.
- ECS Card
- Minimum 5 year’s experience in a Home Automation, Audio Visual or Home Cinema role.
- Experience in high-end residential sector required.
- CEDIA ESC-N, Pakedge PCNA or ProNet Integrator.
Responsibilities
- Lead the onsite team in the delivery of Home Automation, Home Cinema, Lighting/Heating/Security and Audio-Visual systems.
- Commissioning all the aforementioned systems including rigorous testing and making adjustments the clients require upon installation.
- Coordinating and providing training to our clients for the systems we have installed.
- Managing the team or associated contractors to ensure all cables have been terminated and tested before final fix installation.
- Ensuring all documentation is complete upon completion and remote management tools have been addressed and labelled accurately.
- Supervising, training, and assisting where necessary, all junior members of staff on tasks that require refinement to meet high standards.
- Coordinating activities with general contractors, construction managers, Architects/Interior Designers and clients.
- Delivering a high level of professional service to all parties on site and ensuring all team members follow your lead.
