You should be a polished, ambitious property professional with strong local knowledge, excellent communication and relationship-building skills, able to generate opportunities and work Monday to Friday with no weekends.

Qualifications

• An experienced residential Sales Negotiator, ideally within the London market.
• Confident dealing with high-net-worth clients
• An excellent communicator and negotiator
• Proactive in generating and converting opportunities
• Commercially aware and target-driven
• Immaculately presented with a polished, professional approach
• Highly organised and comfortable managing multiple transactions
• A genuine relationship builder with strong local and market knowledge
