Job summary

frog is seeking a Senior Consultant in London to deliver outstanding client outcomes in customer engagement, loyalty, CRM and marketing activation. You will design, evolve and activate loyalty programmes that drive retention and long-term value while supporting broader customer experience transformation.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer engagement and loyalty with CRM and marketing activation.
• Strong understanding of loyalty mechanics and activation strategies.
• Ability to translate business objectives into customer requirements and roadmaps.
• Experience designing or supporting loyalty propositions and customer journeys.
• Exposure to marketing strategy and activation through personalization and campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Lead workstreams across customer engagement and loyalty transformation, defining propositions and future-state visions.
• Embed customer engagement across loyalty, marketing, and customer ecosystems with data, platforms and journeys.
• Guide platform selection, strategy, enablement, optimization, and governance with tech/data teams.
• Contribute to high-quality consulting work with cross-functional teams to deliver measurable outcomes.
• Act as a client-facing contact, maintaining alignment and stakeholder relationships.
