Job summary

Capgemini Invent is seeking an experienced Senior Manager to lead logistics business transformation advisory programmes within Supply Chain. You'll scope, position, sell and deliver end-to-end consulting services across logistics strategy, diagnostics and operating models.

You will work with senior clients, drive value, and develop teams, leveraging Capgemini’s full product suite while growing the consulting footprint in the UK and globally.

Qualifications

• Currently working in a recognised consulting firm or equivalent leadership position with a consulting background.
• Proven ability to sell and deliver consulting solutions in a matrixed organisation.
• Business development track record targeting significant consulting revenues.
• Proven logistics programme/project engagement management in business transformation.
• Extensive transportation, warehousing and core logistics experience.
• Experience designing regional transportation desks or global ocean control towers; understanding integrated SCM solutions (WMS, TMS, OMS with ERP).
• Proven experience in developing and coaching teams and in proposition building and delivery.
