Responsibilities:

• Manage all physical and administrative tasks involved in shipping, receiving, order fulfillment, storing, and distributing materials, parts, supplies, and equipment.
• Oversee team members.
• Ensure the efficient flow of inbound and outbound shipments.
• Resolve errors and issues with customers.
• File required documentation with trucking companies for corrective actions.
• Route outbound loads and inbound back-hauls.
• Utilize logistics software.
• Create export documentation for international orders.
• Maintain customer database and profiles by location.
• Update customer information regularly.
• Maintain customer delivery time windows.
• Track raw materials.
• Manage communications related to logistics distribution.
• Coordinate distribution points for incoming and outgoing materials.
