What You’ll Be Doing

• Take ownership of transport operations, ensuring timely, safe, and high-quality delivery of doughnuts
• Lead, coach, and support a team of drivers and logistics staff, celebrating success and fostering growth
• Monitor performance, safety, and compliance, ensuring high standards for vehicles and journeys
• Manage budgets and KPIs, finding ways to improve efficiency and service while maintaining our personal touch
• Collaborate with other departments to align logistics with production and customer experience goals
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement, seeking innovative ways to enhance operations

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience leading logistics or transport teams, ideally in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to build positive, inclusive teams
• Attention to detail and confidence in managing compliance, safety, and fleet operations
• Data-driven mindset for continuous improvement
• Full UK Driving Licence (C1 Licence, Driver CPC, and Digi Tacho preferred)
• Reliable, upbeat, and proactive attitude—hands-on and heart-first
