Job description

Background:

The successful applicant will work closely alongside the CEO, sharing and influencing major decisions.

Our reputation for excellent service-delivery is driving our ever-accelerating growth.

This has convinced our Board that it is essential to create this exciting new role in our senior team: To share the excessive load placed on our CEO and founder.

Role and Responsibilities:

We are purposely avoiding the temptation of being too defined with the job-specifics because the very nature of holding a senior position in a young dynamic company means that every day will present its own unique set of exciting and varied demands and decisions.

This will be a wide-ranging role covering:

·Relationship Management of Clients at a senior level.

·Commercial negotiations alongside the CEO.

·Productivity within the warehouses.

·Supplier management and negotiation.
