Job summary

Klaviyo is seeking a Senior Localisation Program Manager for a fixed-term contract in London. The role owns product localisation, helps scale processes, and manages language vendors, MT/AI workflows and the Smartling TMS.

You will partner with Product, Engineering and Education teams to deliver high-quality, locally relevant experiences across languages. The position focuses on end-to-end localisation for Product, Help Centre and Customer Education, with an emphasis on scalable AI-enabled

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a senior localisation role on the client side.
• Experience designing and implementing localisation solutions at scale.
• Hands-on with TMS and MT/AI-driven workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own localisation for Product, Help Centre and Customer Education across languages.
• Manage language contractors, vendors and resourcing with quality and cost focus.
• Scale localisation, overseeing MT integration and AI-driven workflows.
• Own the TMS setup (Smartling) and improve CMS/content type handling.
• Partner with Engineering, Product and Data to build an AI-first translation platform.
• Drive faster, cost-effective localisation while maintaining quality.
