Wood Mackenzie is seeking a Senior Analyst to join the Gas and LNG Asset team. You will conduct LNG asset analysis, valuations, and cost-driver assessments to support strategic decisions for clients worldwide.

In this role you will develop high-quality research, engage with senior clients, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team across Power BI, AI-enabled tools, and data platforms. You will mentor junior colleagues and contribute to the data-driven view of LNG markets.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in data analytics or consulting.
• Gas/LNG market knowledge and interest.
• Strong client presentation skills and credibility with customers.
• Experience modelling and scenario analysis.
• Ability to translate market understanding into clear messages for clients.
• Excellent planning and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Excel; Power BI/Power Query considered a plus.
• Interest in prompts and agentic AI solutions.

Aufgaben

• Deliver world-class research, data, and insight on LNG assets.
• Perform LNG asset analysis, valuation, cost drivers, and contract trends.
• Provide insights on LNG supply, shipping, regasification infrastructure.
• Collaborate with the broader gas team and other commodities.
• Coach junior team members and foster an innovative team environment.
• Plan and deliver a research programme across data, reports, and slides.
• Engage with clients, including senior executives, to present views.
• Build and maintain industry contacts and develop research relationships.
• Identify and collect new data and store in WM databases and systems.
• Work with AI models to improve research processes and trends analysis.
