Join Our Team

We are seeking a candidate for our LNG Front Office team to work with physical teams, identify opportunities, monetize flexibility, and manage trading risks within a predefined framework.

Responsibilities

1. Participate in the LNG Financial Trading team, managing derivative requirements for the physical LNG portfolio.
2. Execute financial orders and hedging strategies across various assets and indices including European gas (TTF, NBP, PEG, Zee), US gas (HH), Oil (Brent, JCC), Financial LNG (JKM, NWE, W India), and freight (FFAs).
3. Provide market insights, live quotes, and trading strategies; collaborate with analysts to develop pricing tools.
4. Support physical teams in developing trading strategies, hedging, and managing complex structures and new deals.
5. Understand contractual flexibilities, run portfolio scenarios, and develop strategies to monetize flexibilities via financial instruments.
6. Engage in proprietary trading within risk parameters and contribute to the LNG team’s P&L targets.

Candidate Requirements

The ideal candidate should understand contractual flexibilities, develop risk management strategies, and have experience in physical and financial energy markets, particularly European Gas and Oil, with knowledge of options trading and OTC execution.

• Experience in options trading, proprietary trading, and market trend analysis.
• Proficiency with systems, controls, and best practices in derivative trading environments.
