Avery Healthcare Group is seeking a warm, enthusiastic Wellbeing and Activities Assistant for Wandsworth Common Care Home in London. You will support the Wellbeing Coordinator by planning and delivering a range of activities to enhance residents' physical, cognitive, and social well-being.

You will collaborate with care staff, liaise with local groups, and contribute to a caring, respectful environment. DBS check will be arranged, and eligibility to work in the UK is required.

Qualifications

• Effective communication skills, verbal and written.
• Understanding how interaction affects wellbeing.
• Positive attitude toward older people and commitment to stimulating activities.

Responsabilités

• Support Wellbeing Coordinator in providing a wide range of activities.
• Maintain a safe living environment and professional home image.
• Report changes in residents' conditions to the care team.
• Help with supplies and community linkage for intergenerational activities.
