You will supervise junior staff, draft key documents, and provide senior guidance on complex matters, contributing to leadership and process improvements. A commercially minded, client-focused approach is essential.

Qualifications

• Qualified solicitor with a minimum of 4 years' PQE and litigation experience.
• Strong legal judgment and confidence with litigation procedure.
• Willingness to learn a specialist area with in-house training.
• Collaborative, proactive style and ability to support the Head of Department.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, mentor and support junior solicitors, paralegals and litigation staff.
• Draft high-quality legal documentation including statements of case and applications.
• Provide technical guidance as a senior escalation point on complex matters.
• Collaborate with Senior Solicitors to support workflow, standards and team performance.
• Share ideas to streamline processes and improve litigation outcomes.
• Build and maintain client relationships with clear, commercially focused advice.
