Job summary

SA Law is seeking an ambitious litigation lawyer (4–5 years PQE) to advise clients on a broad range of commercial disputes. You’ll take ownership of matters from instruction through to settlement or trial, with a focus on delivering excellent client service and practical, commercially focused advice.

You’ll work across Corporate, Commercial Property, Employment and Private Wealth teams to provide joined-up advice and contribute to business development and networking activities, with flexible

Qualifications

• Ambitious litigation lawyer with 4–5 years post-qualification experience.
• Strong technical and analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Experience managing matters with supervision.
• Practical, commercial and solutions-focused approach to dispute resolution.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on a broad range of commercial disputes across sectors.
• Manage a diverse caseload including contractual, shareholder and professional negligence disputes, debt recovery and property matters.
• Take ownership from instruction to settlement or trial with excellent client service.
• Draft and review pleadings, witness statements, settlement agreements and other litigation documents.
• Conduct legal research and provide practical, commercially focused advice.
• Represent clients in mediations, negotiations and other ADR.
• Collaborate with Corporate, Commercial Property, Employment and Private Wealth teams to deliver joined-up advice.
• Contribute to business development, networking and marketing to grow the team’s profile.
