Qualifications

• Advanced Linux administration across enterprise distributions (RHEL/AlmaLinux/Ubuntu).
• 3rd line support in production environments with ownership of incidents.
• Experience with VMware, HA features, DR and load balancing.

Responsibilities

• Act as the 3rd line Linux escalation point, troubleshooting complex incidents across customer environments.
• Administer and optimize Linux servers and related services (DNS, TCP/IP, security).
• Support dedicated/private cloud platforms and improve automation, monitoring and documentation.
