VANRATH is delighted to be working with an established cybersecurity provider on their search for a Senior Linux Engineer. This is a highly technical role requiring a strong background in Linux administration.

This position covers US team hours between 2pm - 11pm UK time.

Responsibilities:

• Consult with clients to understand their technology needs and provide recommendations.
• Promptly troubleshoot and perform root cause analysis on issues.
• Manage and update cases in a ticketing system, ensuring quality communication with clients and the team.
• Document all completed work and train support staff on client systems.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of Storage/Network experience from a Linux/UNIX perspective (SAN, iSCSI, networking issues).
• 3+ years of experience with centralized authentication services (e.g., Centrify).
• 3+ years of experience with automation tools (e.g., Puppet/Ansible) preferred.
