Job Description:

GLL is currently recruiting a Senior Lifeguard / Trainee Duty Manager to join our team in Waltham Forest, with vacancies at Leyton and Leytonstone Leisure Centre. As a Senior Lifeguard / Trainee Duty Manager, you'll oversee a team of lifeguards/staff, act as a mentor and role model, and be responsible for staff training. Attention to detail is crucial as you'll ensure customer safety and maintain pool cleanliness.

You will handle maintenance and preparation of areas and equipment, requiring a hardworking and conscientious attitude. Excellent communication and social skills are necessary, as you'll often be the first point of contact for customers. Health and safety are paramount, so attendance at regular pool training sessions is essential.
