We’re looking for a Senior Life Sciences Recruiter to join a specialist agency partnering with VC-backed startups, PE-funded scale-ups, and global leaders across Biotech, MedTech, and Pharma. This is a hybrid role based in London, giving you the best of both worlds: in-office collaboration and remote autonomy.

The Role:

Position: Senior Life Sciences Recruiter (360 role)

Location: Hybrid – 2-3 days/week in London office

Salary: £40,000 – £60,000 base + up to 60% commission
