Job summary

BIP Life Sciences Change & Transformation is seeking a Senior Manager to lead the people and organisational dimensions of complex client transformation programmes. You will own end-to-end change workstreams and translate technology, data and operating model changes into tangible outcomes.

This senior, client-facing role requires building credibility with senior stakeholders, shaping change propositions, and driving adoption across programmes, teams and third-party partners.

Qualifications

• Strong Life Sciences consulting experience.
• Experience independently leading complex change and transformation workstreams.
• Experience delivering technology, data or AI-enabled transformation within Life Sciences.
• Strong capability across change impact assessment, stakeholder engagement, readiness, communications, training and adoption.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end change workstreams within complex Life Sciences transformation programmes.
• Develop pragmatic change strategies and roadmaps aligned to objectives.
• Define readiness and adoption measures and track progress.
• Plan and facilitate senior leadership sessions and workshops.
• Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders.
• Contribute to bids, proposals or account planning.
