Job summary

ProBio is seeking a strategic Senior Campaign and Content Marketing Manager in the UK to lead planning, execution, and optimization of integrated campaigns across the customer lifecycle. You will work with Product, Commercial, Scientific, and Regional Marketing teams to translate business priorities into impactful programs that drive awareness, pipeline, and revenue growth.

Qualifications

7+ years' experience in B2B marketing, campaign marketing, product marketing, or content marketing in life sciences.
Proven success leading complex, multi-channel campaigns with measurable ROI.
Strong strategic planning and project leadership with independent work ability.
Experience building customer journeys, value propositions, and messaging for technical products.

Responsibilities

Own the development and execution of annual and quarterly marketing plans aligned to business priorities.
Lead complex, integrated, multi-channel campaigns from strategy through measurement.
Translate corporate and product strategies into marketing programs delivering measurable outcomes.
Independently manage campaign plans, budgets, timelines, and stakeholder alignment.
Coordinate cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure successful delivery.
Present campaign strategies and performance insights to senior leadership.
