Responsabilidades

• Serve as escalation point for licensing matters and guide the team through hearings and investigations.
• Prepare and present reports with recommendations to Licensing and Regulatory Committees.
• Manage workload, oversee applications, investigations and projects within the team.
• Coordinate with partners and external agencies to implement licensing policies.
• Maintain high standards under pressure and demonstrate strong influencing and negotiation skills.
