Avencia Talent Solutions Limited is recruiting for a Senior Claims Handler in our Liability and Construction team. You'll join a collaborative, supportive and hardworking claims unit, managing a varied portfolio of technical liability claims and developing your career.

Qualifications

• Experience handling insurance claims or a relevant legal background.
• Strong understanding of liability claims and policy wordings.
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proactive ownership of claims from notification to resolution.

Responsabilités

• Manage a varied caseload of claims across multiple classes of business.
• Progress claims proactively from notification to final settlement.
• Review policy wordings and apply them to claims.
• Develop proactive claims strategies for effective resolutions.
• Maintain accurate records and meet deadlines.
• Build relationships with brokers and work with underwriters.
