In-House Legal Counsel – Glasgow (16965)

- Support transactions and negotiate commercial contracts for UK and Ireland-based customers, focusing on hardware, services, and software deals.
- Advise on legal risks, dispute strategies, and collaborate on global initiatives.
- Requires at least 4 years’ PQE, with commercial awareness and experience in sales or software transactions preferred.

Tax & Succession – Glasgow (16917)

- Provide specialist advice on tax and succession planning, including wills, trusts, wealth planning, and asset protection.
- Manage complex estates for high-net-worth clients, families, business owners, and landowners.
- Scottish qualified with at least 7 years’ PQE preferred; however, ambition and commitment to excellence are highly valued.

Corporate – Glasgow (16858)

- Engage in corporate law matters, including mergers, acquisitions, shareholder disputes, joint ventures, and restructuring.
- Ideal for entrepreneurial candidates with confidence in client interactions.
