SENIOR LEVEL FOCUS

At Frasia Wright Associates, we are currently handling a range of challenging and exciting senior-level opportunities for Solicitors, Senior Associates, Legal Directors, and Partners across Scotland. Here are some of the opportunities available:

• In-House Legal Counsel – Glasgow (16965): Support transactions, negotiate commercial contracts for UK and Ireland-based clients, focusing on hardware, services, and software deals. Requires at least 4 years PQE, with commercial awareness and experience in sales or software transactions preferred.
• Tax & Succession – Glasgow (16917): Provide advice on tax, wills, trusts, wealth planning, and asset protection. Manage complex estates for high-net-worth clients. Scottish qualified with at least 7 years PQE preferred.
• Corporate – Glasgow (16858): Handle corporate law matters, including mergers, acquisitions, and restructuring. Requires a minimum of 2 years PQE with strong corporate law experience.
• Private Client – Glasgow: Focus on estate and succession planning, including business and farming interests. Support pursuing STEP qualification. Requires a minimum of 1-year PQE with private client experience.
• Senior Lawyers/Director/Partner – Glasgow (15230): Join a growing full-service UK law firm across various practice areas, with roles from Senior Lawyer to Partner. Requires at least 8 years PQE, ideally with a client following and business development skills.
