Bastow Irwin Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Senior Lettings Negotiator in Plumstead SE18. The role covers the full letting process, from generating and carrying out viewings to negotiating offers and guiding moves through to completion.

You’ll need energy, charisma, and drive to succeed in a busy, client-facing environment. Applicants should be able to build long-term relationships with tenants and landlords, work towards targets, and be a strong team player.

Formación

• Experience in lettings is preferred; strong personality and drive also important.
• Ability to build long-term relationships with tenants and landlords.
• Understanding of the letting process from viewings to completion.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate property market appraisals and listings.
• Grow market share of the company portfolio.
• Achieve a good level of fees.
• Market properties to attract applicants.
• Match tenants to properties and arrange viewings.
• Maintain regular contact with tenants and landlords.
• Handle financial/legal aspects of the letting process.
• Guide applicants and landlords through the letting process to completion.
• Assist with daily branch operations.
