Job summary

Vincere in Cardiff is seeking a skilled Senior Lettings Negotiator to drive viewings, qualify applicants and convert enquiries into appointments. The role requires a proactive approach to landlord updates and offering a high level of customer service.

You will handle valuations when required, negotiate offers, and manage daily administration. A full UK driving licence and access to a car are essential, with Monday–Friday hours and occasional Saturday viewings.

They are looking for an experienced Senior Lettings Negotiator who is career driven and ambitious and who wants to progress within their company.

Senior Lettings Negotiator Main Duties:

Working Hours - Monday to Friday 9am - 5.30pm and the occasional viewing on a Saturday when required
