AR Recruitment is seeking a Senior Lettings Manager to lead branch performance, grow listings and strengthen landlord relationships in Herne Bay, UK. You will manage the lettings team, drive business development and ensure outstanding service.

The role offers a company car or £3,500 allowance, private healthcare, 33 days holiday and a clear progression path, with a realistic earnings target around £50,000 on top of a £37,000 base. Full UK driving licence required.
