  • Deliver excellent customer service and handle enquiries and complaints professionally.
  • Ensure changing rooms, poolside areas, and equipment are maintained to a high standard.
  • Support staff development and act as a mentor for new team members.

  • Previous experience working within a leisure, fitness, or aquatic environment.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Good understanding of health and safety procedures.
  • Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure.
  • Flexible approach to working hours, including evenings and weekends.

Desirable Requirements

  • First Aid qualification.
  • Pool Plant Operator qualification.
  • Experience supervising or leading a team.
  • Knowledge of leisure centre operations and procedures.
