Job summary

Digital Data Foundation in Scotland seeks a Senior Legal Technologist to design and deliver innovative legal technology solutions for key clients. You’ll work with product development, client teams and internal stakeholders to improve processes and service delivery.

You will configure client sites, support document automation and data visualisation, and assess new software like Kira, Contract Express, DocuSign, HighQ and SharePoint to empower lawyers and drive efficiency.

Qualifications

• Educated to degree level in Computer Science or related field, with exposure to law firm processes.
• Experience using legal tech solutions such as Kira, Contract Express, DocuSign, HighQ and SharePoint.
• Ability to support lawyers and non-technical stakeholders in adopting technology.

James Carrera ofDigital Data Foundation is sourcing an experienced Senior Legal Technologist, developing innovative ways of delivering legal services to key clients across the business.

Responsibilities

• Assisting at each stage of the development of new products and services, and the delivery to clients and divisions of new solutions
• Configuring client sites, including document automation and data visualisation
• Assisting with the assessment and deployment of new software solutions
• Interacting with internal teams and clients regarding project design and delivery
• Adhere to guidelines on consistency and appropriate use of processes and programmes used by the team
• Assisting in analysing data captured by various solutions
• Engaging across the Firm to promote Legal Technology and Innovation including attending internal and external meetings and proactively identifying and promoting opportunities to use technology to solve problems

Experience

Educated to degree level in Computer Science or related field with an already very good grasp of law firm processes and experience;

• Supporting lawyers in the use of legal technology.
• Demonstrated planning, support and maintenance of legal technology solutions.
• Experience using legal tech solutions such as Kira, Contract Express, DocuSign, HighQ, SharePoint.
