Qualifications

• 6+ years in Outside Counsel Management, Vendor Management, Law Firm Pricing, or Legal Project Management.
• Experience in both in-house legal departments and law firms or legal consultancies.
• A strong understanding of Alternative Fee Arrangements (AFAs).
