Our client, a fast-growing and dynamic US law firm, is seeking a Senior HR Advisor to support their busy HR team in London.

As part of the London HR team, you will support the senior leadership and office leadership team with strategic HR initiatives.

Requirements as a Senior HR Advisor:

  • Previous senior-level HR experience, ideally from a reputable law firm
  • Experience as a subject matter expert, coach, and influencer within a global matrix organization
  • Extensive experience managing complex employee relations in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to analyze complex challenges and deliver solutions aligned with strategic HR goals
  • Strong project management skills to ensure effective implementation and success measurement
  • Knowledge of performance management, talent management, succession planning, and employment law
