Job Description

The Senior Legal Entity Controller will be responsible for statutory reporting, technical accounting, and consolidation activities within the brokerage division. The role is based in the City of London with a hybrid work model (3 days in the office per week).

• Preparation of annual financial statements for multiple entities
• Preparation of key notes for Group Annual and Quarterly Reports
• Monthly analytical review of legal entity income statements and balance sheets
• Month-end closing, management reporting, and transfer pricing calculations
• Balance sheet substantiation and intercompany reconciliations
• Responding to ad-hoc inquiries from external auditors
• Integration of new acquisitions into the financial reporting framework
• Ensuring compliance with IFRS, FRS 102, US GAAP, and SOX standards

Candidate Profile

• Experience with Big 4 FS Investment Banks, Brokerage, or Capital Markets audit clients is preferred but not essential
• Qualified Accountant with ACA or equivalent qualification
• Experience in group accounting, reconciliation, transfer pricing, intercompany, and cross-charging
