Senior Legal Counsel, Employment Law

We are seeking a Senior Legal Counsel in Employment Law (UK) to join our London team. The role involves acting as a contact point for employment-related legal matters, advising on disputes, legal risks, policies, and commercial contracts, and liaising with external lawyers when necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advising on employment disputes, settlement agreements, and liaising with external counsel.
• Minimizing legal risks related to employment matters.
• Providing legal advice to HR and the business, reviewing policies, and tracking new legislation.
• Drafting, negotiating, and advising on employment and commercial legal matters.
• Working with HR on contingent labor contracts and supporting other legal areas as needed.

Knowledge & Experience:

• Relevant experience in employment law with a Master of Law degree.
• Knowledge of contract and commercial law, with practical experience in an international business or law firm.
• Strong organizational, negotiating, and social skills.
• Ability to communicate professionally across diverse backgrounds.
• Excellent English language skills.
