Job Description:

The Senior Legal Counsel UK position is responsible for providing legal advice, guidance, and assistance on a wide range of legal and compliance matters to the companies in the Danaher Diagnostics Platform based in the UK.

This position is part of the UK and Ireland Sub-Region, located in the UK, and will be hybrid. You will be part of the Dx EU Legal team and report to the Danaher Diagnostics Platform (DX) Senior Counsel for the UK, Ireland & Central and Eastern Europe Sub-Region.

Essential requirements:

• 15+ years of practice;
• Experience with remote internal clients and management;
• Knowledge of compliance programs, including privacy, regulatory, and public procurement;
• Project management skills, including managing multiple projects and reporting;
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment;
• Willingness to travel internationally;
• Experience supporting geographically dispersed teams in a multinational company;
• Knowledge of commercial law topics like contracts, dispute resolution, software/AI, and product security.

Preferred experience:

Experience in Life Sciences, Medical Devices, Pharmaceuticals, Manufacturing, Technology, or related industries is highly preferred.
