The role involves supporting the Secondaries Investment Management Team in structuring and negotiating private equity transactions. Applicants should be a qualified lawyer with 6+ years of experience in private funds, particularly in secondary investment space. Qualifications

• Proven experience in LP portfolio sales, single-asset and multi-asset continuation funds.
• Strong knowledge of fund operation and closing matters.

Responsabilités

• Lead on legal aspects of acquiring LP interests in primary and secondary markets.
• Negotiate agreements, manage the closing process and advise investment committees.
• Develop controls for compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

Connaissances

Fluent English

International transactions experience

Ability to minimize tax implications

Knowledge of private equity fund structuring

Formation

US or UK qualified lawyer

6 PQE in Private Funds group
