HSBC's Legal function plays a critical role in supporting the bank's global operations, managing legal risk, and ensuring the efficient and effective use of external legal resources. We are currently seeking an experienced individual to join the Corporate & Strategic Projects Legal Team. As the Senior Legal Counsel - Payments Regulatory Lawyer, you will report to the Managing Associate General Counsel (Payments) and work closely with retail, commercial and corporate banking teams in the UK and across the EU on payments law and regulation.
You would be at the center of evolution on payments regulatory change and digital innovation, focusing on maximizing commercial opportunities and support delivery of regulatory change programmes.
