A leading FTSE-listed company in Slough is seeking a driven and experienced corporate lawyer to join their Group Legal team. This role offers the opportunity to work on international M&A projects, engaging with key stakeholders and providing strategic legal advice. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate law, with at least 3-4 years of PQE, and a proven track record of handling complex transactions in a corporate environment.
