Job Description:

This is an excellent opportunity to join a listed business that is a global leader in the manufacturing space. Reporting directly to the General Counsel, you will join a small team supporting a varied workload, including:

• Drafting and negotiating a wide range of key commercial contracts
• Working across different areas of the business including HR, marketing, supply chain, and procurement

The successful candidate will have 4+ PQE with a strong background from experience gained in either the corporate or commercial team of a top-tier law firm. In-house experience within the manufacturing sector would be highly desirable. Experience of listed company corporate governance would also be highly beneficial.
