Job Description:

An Investment Manager is seeking to appoint an experienced funds lawyer for the role of Senior Legal Counsel in the UK, supporting expansion into Europe.

The ideal candidate is a versatile retail and private funds lawyer (from 4 years’ PQE) with experience in setting up ETFs, advising on distribution, and a desire to expand into a broader generalist role covering corporate, data protection, employment, IP, fund launches, compliance, and regulatory matters.

You should have trained and qualified at a top City law firm, possess over 4 years’ PQE, and have excellent technical knowledge of ETFs and relevant regulations, including SFDR and SDR. Experience in-house at an ETF provider or investment manager is advantageous.
