Job Description

This is a role for a senior legal counsel based in London, offering the opportunity to join a small but agile company that is a full value-chain green hydrogen energy solutions provider. The team includes some of the leading global voices in the emerging green hydrogen market.

This position involves working on a wide and varied range of hydrogen and other renewable energy project contracts and issues, as well as corporate and governance matters.

Reporting to the GC, the required skills include a mix of project and corporate energy expertise.

The role:

Day-to-day duties will include working within:

  • Project development and construction
  • Asset operations and technical services
  • Sales
  • Joint ventures
  • Corporate matters
  • Government and compliance

Skills required:

  • England and Wales qualified lawyer
  • Several years PQE in complex energy agreements and transactions
  • Strong technical legal skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to manage a wide and varied workload
