As they transform the B2B events landscape through bold, content-led formats, they’re now seeking a strategic Senior Legal Counsel to support their expanding festivals portfolio.

What We're Looking For

• 4–6 PQE, with a solid grounding in commercial law and contract negotiation
• England and Wales Qualified (must)
• Experience advising in-house, ideally in a global or complex business (event/media/tech experience a plus)
• Comfortable supporting senior stakeholders and managing risk across varied matters
• A commercial mindset – pragmatic, proactive, and confident in navigating evolving areas like data privacy, digital/IP, and tech contracts
• Positive, collaborative, and able to work at pace without ego
