Our client manages some of the world's most renowned global business and tech events, delivering industry-defining experiences across finance, cybersecurity, media, and innovation sectors. As they innovate the B2B events landscape with bold, content-led formats, they are seeking a strategic Senior Legal Counsel to support their expanding festivals portfolio.

What We're Looking For

• 4–6 PQE, with strong commercial law and contract negotiation skills
• Qualified in England and Wales
• In-house experience, preferably in a global or complex business (event/media/tech experience a plus)
• Ability to support senior stakeholders and manage risk across various matters
• Commercial mindset: pragmatic, proactive, confident in areas like data privacy, digital/IP, and tech contracts
• Positive, collaborative, and able to work efficiently without ego
