Job summary

Beacon Legal is seeking an employment lawyer for a broad in-house position within an established business. You’ll work in the legal team, partnering with HR and senior stakeholders to provide practical advice on day-to-day employment issues and more complex people matters.

The role offers autonomy, varied work and the opportunity to build strong relationships across the organisation, drafting contracts, policies and leading training.

Qualifications

• England & Wales qualified solicitor with 5+ years' PQE in employment law.
• Experience in private practice or in-house environments.
• Strong employer advisory experience and a practical, commercially minded approach.
• Confident supporting HR teams and advising senior stakeholders.
• Comfortable managing competing priorities and taking ownership of your work.
