Job summary

Unknown is seeking an Employment Counsel to support UK operations, joining a highly regarded legal team and taking ownership of a varied employment law workload while partnering with HR, senior leaders, and stakeholders across the business.

You will advise on policies, contracts, settlements, investigations, tribunals, and IR matters, while contributing to strategic initiatives and ensuring compliance. The role offers broad business partnering exposure and a hybrid working environment.

Qualifications

• Qualified solicitor with employment law experience (1–3+ pqe).
• Experience in Employment Tribunal would be advantageous.
• Commercially minded with a pragmatic approach.
• Confident communicator with excellent stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and own matters.

Responsibilities

• Advise on a broad range of employment law matters.
