Job Description:

An immediate need for an experienced non-contentious Construction Lawyer to join a leader in the data centre sector on an initial 6-month FTC, supporting the Head of Legal.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex construction contracts, including supply agreements
  • Advising on the implementation of supply chain contracts to key subcontractors, risk management, and warranty arrangements
  • Ensuring appropriate insurance policies and coverage are in place
  • Negotiating operational and maintenance contracts, general commercial agreements, and tenders
  • Instructing external counsel when required

The ideal candidate will have 7+ years PQE with experience in a similar capacity as a non-contentious construction lawyer, either in-house or in private practice. A commercial and pragmatic approach, along with the ability to work effectively in a busy, project-based environment, is essential.
