Job Description

The Senior Legal Counsel position will hold the following responsibilities:

  • Draft, review and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts
  • Review contracts for both sales and procurement agreements
  • Draft and review technology agreements, software licences, NDAs etc
  • Support with IP related matters
  • Uphold legal and compliance best practices
  • Providing advice to a wide range of internal and external stakeholders
  • Ensure that legal and compliance updates are communicated to the business

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate for the Senior Legal Counsel position should be:

  • A qualified legal professional with relevant accreditation to practise in the UK
  • Strong contract drafting and negotiation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work to tight deadlines
