Job Description:

Our client, a leading travel technology platform, is seeking a Senior Legal Counsel to join its dynamic Legal team, supporting strategic business operations across APAC.

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a diverse and high-performing team in a fast-paced technology platform. This role will be based in Bangkok with relocation support provided.

Role and responsibilities:

• Draft, negotiate, and manage agreements related to software services, supplier/vendor contracts, technology licensing, and consulting.
• Support litigation, disputes, data privacy, and corporate governance matters, ensuring legal strategies align with business goals.
• Work closely with internal teams to provide legal support, align positions, and facilitate decision-making across departments.
• Advise senior stakeholders on legal risks, investments, and business operations, ensuring seamless execution of legal strategies.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of post-qualification legal experience in a leading law firm or international corporate legal team.
• Expertise in contracting, corporate governance, regulatory matters, and risk management.
• Strong negotiation skills, a commercial outlook, and the ability to provide strategic legal advice.
• A team player with exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities.
