An established industry player in telecommunications is seeking a skilled legal counsel to join their dynamic team in London. This role offers a unique opportunity to engage in a variety of legal matters, including commercial contracts, public procurement, and corporate governance. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commercial background and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment. You will work closely with stakeholders across various departments, providing practical legal advice and supporting business development initiatives. Join an excellent team of 4 in the UK & Ireland legal team based in London and get involved in broad and interesting legal matters within a rapidly growing and dynamic business within the Telecommunications, connectivity and infrastructure space.
This role could suit either a legal counsel or senior legal counsel level candidate as there should be flexibility in job title to reflect level of PQE.
This is a 12 month FTC with potential of extensions up to 18 months. This is a great opportunity to become fully embedded into a highly collegiate telecommunications business in a varied corporate/ commercial role.

Position Purpose
To ensure the protection of The Group's UK&I's commercial relationships with customers, suppliers and business partners; responsible for giving practical and focused advice on a wide variety of commercial legal matters, supporting the growing business and helping them to build and scale.
Primary Responsibilities
Salary: DOE
Start date: ASAP (Likely May 2025)
Working arrangements: 3 days a week in Paddington office
