Our client is an incredible not for profit organisation and provide business services and research capabilities globally.
We are seeking a talented senior legal counsel to join the commercial legal team and to provide broad in-house legal advice and to provide robust cover during up-coming maternity leave.
This is a 12-14 month contract and requires a start before the end of August to accommodate a good handover period.
The role:
The team manages the legal work for all of the group's commercial functions, as well as providing support to the Grant and Thought Leadership teams, working with colleagues across the globe.
The team has a broad and varied workload, providing templates for all standard commercial agreements, reviewing any exceptions, and preparing bespoke agreements as required.

The team typically works in the London office on Tuesdays and Thursdays but there is some flexibility.
Salary: Is highly dependent on experience but highly competitive for Not for profit sector and similar to what you would see in private sector for this level of role.
