Senior Legal Contractors – Corporate Restructuring | £500-£600/day PAYE | Hybrid (1-3 days in office) | Immediate Start

A leading FTSE 100 powerhouse is undergoing a complex, multi-jurisdictional legal entity restructuring programme and is urgently seeking experienced corporate lawyers to support this high-impact transformation.

This is a key opportunity to contribute to a global group simplification project, involving entity liquidations, balance sheet rationalisation, and corporate restructuring across multiple jurisdictions.

The Essentials:

We are looking for lawyers who can hit the ground running, and who bring:

• 2+ years’ PQE (UK qualified or equivalent)
• Proven experience in UK company law, especially corporate actions under English law
• Confidence in preparing and managing board and shareholder minutes, PoAs, capital reorganisations, and Companies Act compliance
• A solid track record of supporting intra-group restructurings and subsidiary governance
• Experience liaising with and managing external counsel, Tax, Finance, and CoSec teams
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, highly commercial environment

About the Role:

You’ll be joining a high-performing legal team during a critical phase of business transformation. Your focus will be on:

• Supporting the simplification of group structure
• Drafting and reviewing corporate documents and filings
• Coordinating with stakeholders across the group
• Ensuring governance and legal compliance across UK and international entities

Details:

• Rate: £500-£600/day (PAYE, including holiday pay)
• Working pattern: Hybrid – 1 to 3 days per week in-office (Berkshire HQ, easily accessible via the Elizabeth Line)
• Start date: ASAP
• Duration: 8/9 months
