Senior Legal Counsel

We're working with a fantastic e-commerce company seeking an experienced Senior Commercial Legal Counsel to support their in-house legal team on a 3-month fixed-term contract, starting mid-May 2025.

This is a brilliant opportunity to step into a dynamic digital business and provide strategic legal support across a wide range of areas.

Location: London, hybrid working.

The Role:

• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a broad range of commercial contracts – including tech agreements, supplier deals, and partnership arrangements.
• Advising on marketing and advertising law compliance, including consumer-facing campaigns.
• Supporting on data protection matters (including GDPR and privacy reviews).
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams including procurement, product, tech, and marketing.
• Providing commercially focused legal advice to stakeholders across the business.

About You:

• 4+ years PQE with strong experience in commercial law.
• Comfortable advising on technology, marketing, and data privacy.
• Background in e-commerce, tech, or digital sectors preferred.
• Able to work autonomously and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be available to start mid-May.
